Nation login: sign in with your P&W Nation ID and complete the verification step provided by AEGIS.

Keep me signed in: on a trusted personal device, you may keep the verified AEGIS session active for up to 30 days. Leave it unchecked on shared/public devices. Logout, Maintenance Mode, session invalidation, and alliance access revocation still end the session.

Authorized Alliances: full MEMBER, OFFICER, HEIR and LEADER nations of an enabled alliance can use AEGIS normally, subject to AEGIS permissions.

Alliance positions & AEGIS roles: leadership and assigned roles determine which management tools a full member can use.

Applicant isolation: a P&W applicant of an enabled alliance is automatically redirected to that alliance's Application Process after sign-in. Protected My Portal, Economy, military, intelligence, diplomacy and leadership modules remain blocked until full membership.

Full-member landing page: /dashboard opens My Portal for eligible full members.

Personal Economy: My Portal can show safekeeping balance, active loans, grant/aid requests, and available bank-ledger status for the member.

Personal obligations: tasks, Academy status, announcements and relevant military context are surfaced according to access and active workflows.

Leadership: officers and leaders retain department-management workspaces while My Portal remains their personal landing page.

Applicants: applicants do not receive protected My Portal/Economy data and remain limited to Application Process access.

Notification Center: supports unread status, filtering, search, mark-all-read, refresh and older-notification loading where available.

Onboarding requirements: new full members receive a role-aware Getting Started checklist for verified access, Discord linking, Phase 1 Academy completion and Academy graduation. Leaders and Heirs also receive an alliance setup checklist covering core Discord routes, AEGIS roles, application questions, Academy content, Economy integration and the DNR policy. Completion is derived from real alliance configuration; it does not replace backend permissions.

For members: use this workspace to review military assignments issued to your nation, read the objective and notes, and follow the instructions from your military command.

For authorized planners: additional target, War Plan, campaign, coalition/enemy-alliance, captain, and assignment controls appear only when your account has the required access.

War Plans after initiation: an initiated War Plan can continue receiving new target assignments while the operation is active. Coalition or enemy alliances added by mistake can be removed when the current plan state allows it.

Campaign War Map: active War Plans and relevant wars can be visualized in Campaigns as a compact network map. The map refreshes automatically, and users can refresh the current view when needed.

Before declaring: confirm that the target and assignment are still active in AEGIS and follow your alliance's current military instructions.

AEGIS checks for common assignment conflicts before saving certain military assignments.

If you are attacked: open Military Affairs → Command & Defense, review the defensive-war entry, check whether a counter has been assigned, and follow the instructions shown to your nation.

Counter assignments: if you are selected as a counter, review the enemy first and Accept or Decline promptly. Accepted assignments can move to Engaged after the counter war begins and Completed when the operation is finished.

Authorized military staff: additional incident-management and counter-assignment tools are shown only to users with the appropriate access.

Alliance Readiness: gives an authorized high-level view of how prepared the alliance is for current operations. Treat it as a command indicator rather than a substitute for officer judgment.

Intelligence & Readiness: where permitted, this workspace combines operational alerts, military status, historical trends, and current readiness information.

DEFCON: DEFCON 4 represents normal peacetime, 3 heightened alert, 2 war preparation, and 1 wartime.

DEFCON recommendations: authorized users may receive recommendations or automation controls based on alliance conditions.

Tasks & Assignments: use the task board to review active assignments, priorities, descriptions, deadlines and current status. Available views include All Active, Open, Assigned to Me, Overdue and Archived.

Discord notifications: when a linked member receives a new assignment, AEGIS sends that member a task DM when Task notifications are enabled. Later assignment changes can also produce an updated task DM.

Task states: Pending, In Progress, Blocked, Completed and Cancelled.

Archive: archived assignments remain available for reference but are removed from active task views and do not generate task notifications while archived.

Applicants: use Internal Affairs → Application Process to complete the alliance questionnaire, review your own application status, read reviewer feedback, and respond to answer discussions when available.

Application status: AEGIS may show Pending, Under Review, Needs Changes, Accepted, Rejected, or Withdrawn. An Accepted AEGIS application records the recruitment decision but does not itself change your Politics & War alliance position.

Regular members: Alliance Management stays hidden from a standard P&W MEMBER unless an AEGIS role explicitly grants Member Management, Leadership, Audit, or Access to Everything. Applicants remain blocked.

Alliance Roster Health: authorized staff can review available member-readiness and roster-health information in one workspace.

Member Status Tags: member managers can create reusable alliance labels such as Probation, Veteran, Econ Focus, Military Watch, or High Priority and assign/remove them from the roster.

Private Member Notes: leadership notes are stored as a timestamped history with the staff author. Notes are restricted to member-management access and remain separate from public P&W nation information.

Bulk Member Actions: authorized staff can select multiple current full members and apply/remove a status tag, add the same private note, or create one task per selected nation.

Departure Intelligence: AEGIS periodically tracks the current full-member roster. When a previously tracked member leaves, it archives the last roster snapshot plus available last-known on-nation holdings, safekeeping, open loans/tasks, tags, Academy status, and Discord linkage. Historical values are labeled as last-known and are not treated as live data after departure.

Leadership member holdings: the current P&W Leader and Heir can review each full member's money and resources held directly on their in-game nation from Alliance Management. This read-only view does not add AEGIS safekeeping or alliance-bank balances.

Authorized staff: users with the appropriate alliance responsibility may receive additional recruitment or member-management tools.

Purpose: Recruitment Center helps your alliance prepare recruitment messages, review potential recruits and follow recruitment activity.

Recruitment Sender: a verified alliance Recruitment Sender connection is required before live recruitment messages can be sent.

Message Builder: use the Visual Builder or HTML Source to prepare the alliance recruitment message, insert supported variables and preview the result on desktop or mobile.

Preview & Test: use Preview Dry Run to review a personalized message without sending it, and Send Test when you need to verify a live message with an appropriate test nation.

Recruitment settings: review the available eligibility and sending settings in Recruitment Center before enabling automated outreach.

Recruitment funnel: contacted nations can be followed through the available recruitment statuses so your Internal Affairs team can review outreach and conversion activity.

The Treasury is separated into dedicated pages so financial work does not need to load as one large workspace.

Alliance Treasury: alliance treasury totals and ownership breakdown.

Member Safekeeping: alliance member safekeeping balances and related records.

Bank Records & Note Summaries: available alliance bank activity and summarized transaction notes.

Recognition Rules, Offshore Banks & Reserve Policy: alliance financial settings and supporting Treasury workflows shown to authorized users.

Fiscal Services is the alliance tax workspace. Authorized Economic Affairs users can review available tax records and use the tax-management actions available to their role.

Always review the selected bracket, nation, and percentages before submitting a tax change.

Build Planner: authorized Economic Affairs users can model multi-city growth packages with progressive infrastructure/land pricing, new-city costs, project reductions, and Manifest Destiny / Urbanization / Rapid Expansion Domestic Policy modifiers, then prefill the calculated total into a Growth Program.

Grant/Growth Programs: Econ managers can create, edit, enable/disable, and delete programs with money/resources and eligibility criteria.

Eligibility: criteria can include one-time eligibility, Academy Graduate, city count, average infrastructure, average land, militarization, cooldowns, and required special projects.

Request types: Personal, Alliance, and Program. Holdings shows every active Program grant. Members may select an ineligible grant to inspect its requirements, but the Request Grant button remains disabled until every check passes. The configured money/resources package is read-only and pre-filled.

Request workflow: Pending → Approved → Paid, or Rejected/Cancelled. Members may revoke their own Pending or Approved request before payment.

One-time rule: Only a Paid grant permanently consumes one-time eligibility. A Pending or Approved request temporarily blocks a duplicate request; Rejected or Cancelled requests allow the nation to try again if the other criteria are satisfied.

Long histories: incoming requests are newest-first with search, status filtering, and pagination.

Member requests: Holdings contains member-facing grants, safekeeping, stored transaction history and Loan Center access.

Safekeeping deposits: defaults are safekeep, safekeeping, deposit, #deposit, plus a blank Nation → Alliance note. Leadership may add aliases.

Safekeeping withdrawals: defaults are safekeeping withdraw, withdraw, and #transfer, plus a blank Alliance → Nation note.

Alliance donations: send money/resources from a current member nation to the alliance bank with the exact note #donation. Donations are recorded separately from safekeeping and appear in Economic Affairs → Holdings → Donations. Members can also use /donated for a private Discord total.

Aid & grants: aid is the default alliance-aid designation. Grants use grant <id> plus configured grant aliases.

Offshores: approved offshore transfers may participate in safekeeping recognition and authorized transfer/sweep workflows.

Safekeeping Resource Exchange: when enabled by the actual P&W alliance Leader, full members can request to convert cash safekeeping into selected resources using a leader-configured discount from the current P&W market-price snapshot. The quote is fixed when the request is submitted and the quoted cash is reserved while the request is pending/approved.

Approval & stock protection: Economic Affairs must approve each exchange. Before approval and fulfillment, AEGIS re-checks the member's unreserved cash safekeeping and the alliance's safely available resource stock after protecting positive member safekeeping liabilities.

Warchest purpose: approved resources are sent to the member nation only after a human Economic Affairs fulfillment action. Cash safekeeping is debited only after the P&W bank transfer is confirmed. AEGIS then monitors matching market sales for the Leader-configured period and flags possible resale for review; a flag is not automatic proof of misuse.

Safekeeping purpose: the conversion remains inside the alliance bank. AEGIS debits cash safekeeping and credits resource safekeeping without sending the resources to the nation, so market-resale monitoring does not apply.

Requests: full members can request money and/or resources, explain the purpose and request a repayment term.

Approval: authorized Economy staff can approve with NONE, FLAT or PROGRESSIVE interest, repayment term, payment frequency and reviewer notes.

Notes: disbursements use loan <id>; repayments use loan <id> payment.

Automatic reconciliation: when matching bank activity appears in AEGIS, approved loan disbursements and repayments can be reflected in the loan status and outstanding balance.

Statuses: Pending, Approved, Active/Funded, Paid, Rejected, Cancelled, Overdue and Defaulted may appear depending on the workflow.

Transfer safety: AEGIS may prepare the official P&W bank page with the correct note, but does not silently control the member's P&W account.

The Stored Member Bank Ledger provides available alliance-authorized transaction history used by AEGIS Economy features.

Members and Economy staff should use the appropriate Treasury, Holdings, Safekeeping or Loan pages for the information relevant to their work.

If recent activity is missing or appears incorrect, refresh the relevant page and contact your alliance Economy team or AEGIS support.

Foreign Affairs is organized into five focused intelligence workspaces. Each page loads only the data it needs and remains subject to the member's normal AEGIS access.

🕸 Global Treaty Intelligence & Treaty Map: current treaty relationships, signed/cancelled/expired changes, and an interactive treaty network that can focus on a selected alliance.

🤝 Diplomatic Network: the alliance's official P&W treaty partners plus AEGIS diplomatic contacts, notes, relationship metadata, treaty controls and approved coalition-coordination requests.

⚔️ Active Alliance Wars: current offensive and defensive wars for the signed-in alliance, including resistance, nation/military context, war links and counter coverage where permitted. Applicants are excluded from alliance-war intelligence.

🌍 Global Conflict: read-only worldwide conflict intelligence. AEGIS automatically establishes a front after one alliance has at least three active declarations against another, consolidates multiple qualifying attackers against the same defender into one conflict, and uses the earliest detected war timestamp as the UTC+00 conflict start. Reciprocal/counter wars then remain part of that conflict. A conflict becomes Cooling when fighting stops and resolves after 24 hours without active reciprocal wars.

Global Conflict analytics: opening a detected conflict uses the Campaign combat-measurement engine for force balance, resistance, live/final war results, destruction, strategic control, infrastructure damage, enemy defeat level and an automatic objective. These conflicts are system-managed and cannot be edited as Military Affairs campaigns.

📈 Alliance Growth & Recruitment: available recruitment, applicant conversion, membership, departures, retention and net-growth trends for diplomatic planning.

Discord Treaty Alerts: run /setup, choose Treaty Alerts, then select the destination channel and optional mention role. Treaty notifications include an event-network PNG when the bot has Attach Files; /treatymap <alliance_id> generates an on-demand map.

Academy phases organize training progression. Authorized Academy managers can create/update phases, lessons/document links, quizzes, and review submissions.

Quizzes support passing-score requirements and retake limits. Submissions can be reviewed by authorized staff.

Sequential phases: Phase 1 is available first. A nation cannot open member-facing lessons or submit quizzes in a later phase until every quiz in all earlier phases has a passing result. Pending review, a failing score, and an unfinished quiz keep the next phase locked. A phase containing no quizzes is non-blocking because AEGIS does not record document-view completion. Academy managers may still view and edit locked-phase content, but their own later-phase quiz submission remains subject to the same server-side prerequisite check.

Quiz answer discussions: every submitted quiz answer has its own private discussion thread. Academy instructors can ask follow-up questions or provide feedback on a specific answer, and the student can reply in the same thread before or after grading.

Thread lifecycle: students or instructors can close an open answer discussion when it is resolved. Authorized Academy staff can re-open a closed discussion when more review is needed or archive it after completion. Archived Academy discussions remain readable but cannot receive new replies.

Discord review channel: alliance leadership can designate a Discord channel (and optional role mention) so new/resubmitted Academy submissions and student discussion replies are surfaced to training staff. Instructor replies can notify the linked student by DM.

Graduate tags: eligible alliance nations can be marked Academy Graduate. Applicants, unknown positions, and Vacation Mode nations are excluded. Graduate status can satisfy Economy program requirements.

Announcements: authorized users can create, edit, and delete announcements with Low, Normal, High, or Critical priority.

Operations Calendar: create, edit, and delete scheduled alliance events.

Voting Proposals: create proposals and record member votes.

Institutional Wiki: authorized staff can save alliance reference pages/institutional knowledge.

Announcement and schedule events can feed AEGIS notifications and the Discord integration.

Alliance Flag Theme: signed-in members may receive an AEGIS accent theme based on their alliance flag. If the flag cannot be loaded, AEGIS falls back to its standard theme.

Alliance Management: protected roster, compliance, and military information is available only to authorized users. Regular members do not receive the Alliance Management workspace.

Personal MMR & Warchest: members can use the Overview to check their own MMR/Warchest status and see what remains to meet the applicable alliance requirement.

Alliance Policies & Compliance: authorized staff may use policy tools to review compliance and follow up with members.

War coordination: AEGIS can organize targets, counters, squads, War Plans, and Discord updates for users who have been granted the appropriate access.

Allied War Coordination: adding another AEGIS alliance as an ally sends a plan-scoped request. Pending/rejected/revoked allies expose no military roster. Accepted agreements may grant Intelligence Only, Assignment Coordination, or Full Joint Command. Possible Attackers combines the home roster with accepted allied military rosters only.

Shared Coalition War Plans: once coordination is accepted, authorized staff in the allied alliance see that specific plan under Allied War Plans, including secret/uninitiated planning. Intelligence Only is read-only; Assignment Coordination lets the ally assign its own members; Full Joint Command allows coalition-wide target assignment and captain/squad management. Plan initiation, finishing, deletion, enemy/coalition membership, and Discord routing remain owner-only.

Discord war rooms: where your alliance enables them, AEGIS can create and maintain Discord spaces for active military coordination. See the Discord Setup Guide below for the supported user-facing setup process.

When War Alerts are enabled by your alliance, AEGIS notifies the configured Discord channel about relevant offensive and defensive wars. Linked members may also receive personal defensive-war notifications.

War alerts include the nations involved, current war information, military context, and quick links needed to respond.

DNR notices: Military Affairs can enable/disable DNR, select a protected rank cutoff from Top 1–50, include qualifying treaty partners, and maintain manual protected/raidable exceptions. NAP and PIAT never create automatic treaty protection. A confirmed offensive COUNTER against the exact nation that attacked one of our members bypasses DNR.

Who may change DNR: the current P&W alliance Leader and Heir have authority automatically. A full alliance member may also change it when an AEGIS role grants War Alerts & Escalation Configuration (war_alert_manage). Other members can view the policy but cannot save changes.

Counter context: confirmed offensive counters are labeled COUNTER | OFFENSIVE WAR NOTIFICATION. Incoming defensive wars may be labeled COUNTER or POSSIBLE COUNTER. Counter alerts create a thread centered on the originating war being countered; ordinary defensive wars do not create per-war threads.

Beige Exit Watch: War Operations shows Beige nations in a compact scrollable list so long target sets do not expand the whole page. Each row includes remaining Beige turns, defensive slots and up to three recommended current members who are in declaration range and have an available offensive slot. Alliance leadership can enable Discord Beige Timer warnings from /waralerts beige; the final one-turn warning can mention linked recommended attackers.

DEFCON: DNR and counter classification notices are paused during DEFCON 1 and DEFCON 2, while normal war notifications continue.

To receive personal defensive-war DMs, keep your Discord account linked and your War/Attack Alerts preference enabled.

Member shortcuts: /loan_request and /loan_payment open the AEGIS Loan Center; /loans and /loan_status remain read-only status commands.

Website-only staff actions: loan approval, rejection, funding, transfers and other financial mutations are performed only in AEGIS. Legacy Discord staff commands now redirect users to the website instead of changing financial records.

Notification setup: run /setup and choose Loans to select a dedicated channel, set or clear its mention role, review status, or disable the dedicated destination. Without a dedicated Loan channel, AEGIS uses the configured Economic Request channel as fallback.

New request alerts: include borrower, Loan ID, package, purpose, requested term, status and one Review in AEGIS button. There are no Discord financial-action buttons.

Borrower DMs: linked borrowers can receive later status changes such as Approved, Rejected, Active/Funded, Overdue, Paid or Defaulted.

Repayment safety: /loan_payment now opens the website Loan Center. Repayment instructions and any related banking action are handled through AEGIS rather than Discord controls.

Use only your authorized access: pages and actions are available according to your alliance access.

Protect credentials: never share passwords, verification codes, Discord credentials, Politics & War credentials, or private access information.

Protect alliance information: do not redistribute restricted War Plans, Treasury information, private member records, counter assignments, or other confidential alliance material.

Report unexpected access: if a page or action appears available when it should not be, stop using it and report the affected page to AEGIS support.

A page does not load or data looks outdated: refresh the page or use the available synchronization/refresh control. If the problem continues, submit Report a Bug with the page name and visible error.

A feature or button is missing: your nation may not have the required AEGIS permission. Check with alliance leadership or the appropriate department manager.

/waralerts does not appear in Discord: restart the AEGIS Discord integration and allow a short period for the command list to refresh.

No personal defensive-war DM arrived: confirm your nation is linked, your alliance has War Alerts configured, your War/Attack Alert preference is enabled, and Discord allows AEGIS to message you.

A configured role was not pinged: verify that AEGIS is allowed to mention that role in the Discord server.

An expected War Alert did not arrive: verify the configured channel, Discord permissions, linked account, notification preference, and the alliance War Alert configuration.

Recruitment cannot be turned ON: confirm that a Recruitment Sender API from a current full alliance member is connected and verified.

A live recruitment test says you cannot message yourself: this is a Politics & War restriction. Use Preview Dry Run for the sender nation or enter a different Nation ID for the live test.

The recruitment footer is not in the editor: this is intentional. AEGIS appends the footer only when the final message is rendered, including previews, tests, and automated sends.

Economy information is unavailable: contact your alliance Leader or authorized Economy staff and confirm that the alliance Economy integration is available.

A grant total or budget looks incorrect: verify the grant program/category, request status, and configured budget period before reporting the issue.

Safekeeping is missing recent activity: confirm the alliance Economy connection is available, verify the transaction note matches your configured recognition rules, refresh the page, and contact Economy staff or AEGIS support if it remains missing.

A new full member has no bank history yet: allow time for the member's available records to appear, then refresh the page. If the issue continues, ask authorized Economy staff to check the alliance connection.

A note was classified incorrectly: Economy leadership should review the configured deposit, withdrawal, aid and grant aliases. Stored records can be reclassified locally.

A loan repayment is not attached: confirm the bank note uses loan <id> payment, refresh the Loan Center, and contact authorized Economy staff if the payment still does not appear.

A loan request did not appear in Discord: run /setup, choose Loans, review the displayed destination, and verify the bot can view/send/embed in the dedicated Loan channel or Economic Request-channel fallback.

A direct workspace URL is blocked: bookmarkable URLs do not bypass AEGIS permissions; confirm your role and the exact route.
